BISHKEK, Kyrgyzstan (BO correspondent) In a recent development in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, Edil Baisalov, made a visit to the International University of Kyrgyzstan’s Faculty of Medicine dormitory.
